Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty

Warranty Policy

All equipment when sold is new and carries a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Once you purchase the equipment it will be your responsibility to register it with the manufacturer to activate the warranty.  All warranty information is included with shipment of the equipment. You may contact our Customer Service for additional information.

Items considered equipment include but are not limited to: pedicure spas, airbrush machines, nail drill machines, paraffin machines, sterilizers, towel warmers, air purifier and gel or UV lights…As per manufacturer’s policy, equipment cannot be returned. For any defect, please refer to the equipment warranty information and contact the manufacturer directly. If you do not find all the information or have additional questions please contact our Customer Service at your earliest convenience.

All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/ distributor directly for service at your expenses.  The Sunny Beauty Supply Corp is not liable if the manufacturer/ distributor fails to perform warranty service.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY THE SUNNY BEAUTY SUPPLY CORP.  The Sunny Beauty Supply Corp will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. The Sunny Beauty Supply Corp liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise

Return Policy

We guarantee you to be satisfied with your purchase, if you are not please call us to  get the ( RMA# ) and write the ( RMA # ) on the package and return it in original shrinkwrap and new condition within 14 days from the date of purchase,we will refund your money. A 15% restocking fee on all return items.
All return item will be reject without the ( RMA# )

Non Returnable Policy 

No return after 14 days from the date of purchase, You are responsible for the cost of the shipping via Fedex or UPS service. All acrylic powder, acrylic liquid, Top coat, gel, nail polish, nippers, and skin care, Books, DVD, airbrush equipment, and special order, these item are not returnable unless these items are unused and packaged in original skrinkwrap.
